Scheduling Information

All dates for events should be reserved or discussed with the 校园活动 Office before a speaker or guest is confirmed. 

The 校园活动 Microsoft Outlook Calendar is publicly viewable. You may find this useful when making your plans.

All requests for physical space indoor and outdoor should be requested through the 形式上面. This includes but is not limited to, spaces for public events, lectures, or performances, and for the use of all public meeting halls and lobbies as well as conference rooms in academic buildings.

All requests for use of performance spaces (and accompanying lobbies) in the Daniel Z. Gibson Center for the Arts should be directed to the Office of 校园活动.

Accessing College Calendars

A master 日历 of College events is maintained by 校园活动. The schedule is accessible via outlook when you are logged in to your WC e-mail account. 使用“add” 日历" feature and search for [email protected] in the directory. In addition, all reservable spaces have a similar outlook 日历 which can be viewed. Please contact the 校园活动 Office with assistance in accessing these resources. 

Website Calendar, Community Calendars and other communication needs

The 校园活动 Office also maintains the College’s website main 日历. There is a portion in the Room Reservation Form that asks if you would like your event to be published on the WC 事件日历. 请回答 yes with a description if you would like the event to be posted.

For events open to the public, we can also assist by adding them to the local town and county 日历s. There is a portion in the Room Reservation Form that asks if you would like your event to be published on the Community Calendar. 请回答 yes with a description if you would like the event to be posted.
